Miniatures
We require a minimum order value of £5 (before packing costs) of all orders online. Orders over £30 are post and packing Free* [UK only]. Orders under £30 are £3.95 (UK only) for postage and packing and must be signed for on receipt. We aim to despatch orders within 48 hours by first class post recorded [signed for]. Any items out of stock will be despatched as soon as we receive them at no extra cost to you.
*Excludes items marked as oversized or high weight which will be charged at cost
Dolls House Kits
Most Kits are sent direct to you from the supplier and are charged at £6.00 with the exception of The Cottesmore which is £12.00 and the Cottesmore Basement which is £10.00 (UK only). Please note we need a telephone number and alternative address for all kit deliveries. The alternative address must be close i.e next door is best. We are charged by some carriers if they cannot deliver – if any kit is un-delivered and we are charged, we will pass the charge onto you.
REFUNDS
Unwanted goods must be returned for a refund within 7 days of receipt, subject to the following terms and conditions:
• Returns must be made within 7 days
• Important: You must notify us first that you are sending an item back either by email or telephone and obtain from us a returns number which must be quoted with the returned goods – failure to do so will result in your refund or credit being delayed
• Goods must be returned at the customers expense
• Goods must be undamaged and in an unused condition in their original packaging
Refunds do not include P&P. Fulfilment costs will also be deducted from the refund if a special discount or free P&P was applied to the order. Please ensure that returned items are packaged securely. If you are returning by Royal Mail, we suggest that you obtain a ‘Proof of Postage’ from the Post Office, just in case the parcel is lost in transit (in the very unlikely event that) we do not receive the parcel, we cannot replace the item or make a refund – you would have to make a claim on the Post Office.
